deep peace
ancient

a bottomless ocean

floating first on the surface
beginning to trust
I relax
my body warmly supported
weightlessly rippling with the waves
breeze playing softly over my face
ears filled with watery silence
yet alive with mysterious sound
seeming somehow to come from within me
feeling timeless, poised like an invisible thread
between all I feel, and know, and remember
and the depths of all I do not know
yet, somehow, feel I remember

a deep breath
and I submerge
filtered sunlight echoing
an altered universe
magically strange and unknown
yet suddenly I understand
it has always been here
unaffected by the surface changes
still and quiet, a world unto itself
yet one with the surface, connected
flip side of the same coin

I effortlessly glide
deeper into the warmth
darker and quieter,
yet a glance upward still reveals
the dancing light, reassuring
always there, welcoming
waiting to light my way

even deeper now
closer to something
waiting, calling to me
like Mother calling me home
after a long busy day of make believe
when I realize I am tired
and happy to give my games a rest

ever deeper now
warmth surrounding me thickly
no need to relieve my lungs
like being back in the womb
the deep darkness a comfort
filled with such expectation
and safety, content to wait
and dream of days to come
such splendid plans
bright idealism
and innocent trust
nothing to do
but just be

and deeper still
no end to the depths
thick and warm, yet expansive
illuminated without need for light
free of any thoughts at all

drifting
gentle invisible currents
outside of time
impossible to feel
where I begin or end
boundaries erased
no need for dreams
or expectation
no need for desire or dread
or for drama

silence inside and out
yet the fluid, mysterious
music of the universe
streams through me
like sunlight through a flower petal

weightless
yet filled with everything
and nothing all at once

profound
like the surprise of a rainbow
after the most terrible dark storm

and yet so, so simple
like the unadulterated peace
of baby at Mother's breast
separation unknown, unimagined
experiencing only THIS moment
one, by one, by one at a time

how could I have forgotten?

a bottomless ocean

"The Power Of Our Emotions In Our Blood" -- New DVD by Rebecca Marina with Dr. Patricia Felicio

Today I want to tell you about something profound.

Many of you (especially fans of the movie "What the Bleep Do We Know") have heard of the work of Dr. Masaru Emoto with water crystals and emotion from his book "Hidden Messages in Water" . . . here are some beautiful cards I found based on his research, "Water Crystal Oracle".

Here are some excerpts from an email Rebecca wrote about AFT and the training for it:

AFT is the perfect addition to your studies in EFT and TAT andyou can become a certified AFT therapist by attending this powerfultraining. So you're probably wondering how AFT is different than what you'vealready worked with (EFT, TAT, etc)?

The core difference between AFT and other healing methods is it helps you find (and clear) the root cause (Attractor Field) that keeps re-creating the emotional, physical or mental patterns that cause you pain or suffering in your life (or your clients). (And AFT also helps you clear the recurring issues that keep you from getting what you want in life.)

According to Dr. Ebert (the creator of AFT), Attractor Fields are "thought fields" of energy that attract their like equivalent to you (physically, mentally, emotionally and even spiritually). What this means is, if you have challenges with:

Emotional or physical pain
Attracting abundance
Relationships
Career issues
Self Esteem
Health problems

these "Attractor Fields" will continue running (without your conscious awareness) until they are detected and cleared. In many cases, even though other energy therapies are successful in the short term, these "Attractor Fields" keep re-creating the original problem - over and over - until they are cleared (the right way).

This does not invalidate any work with EFT or TAT that you have done - in fact AFT enhances your skills with them - and takes themto a whole new level.

These challenges are caused by un-conscious Attractor Fields andyou can learn more about how to clear them from your life (for good).

(If you've read "Power vs. Force" by Dr. David Hawkins, you'll LOVE AFT, because AFT uses Hawkins Levels of Consciousness (LOC's) to help determine the vibration of the problem you or your client is working on (which helps tremendously in determining if you've found the core issue or not.)

I have "good vibes" about AFT - and am very impressed with the stories that I have heard about it thus far.

"How to Be Wildly Wealthy Fast!" Interview with author, Sandy Forster

Today I received an email from Bob Doyle of the Wealth Beyond Reason program. Here is what he said:

I wanted you to know about an interview that we recently conducted for the Wealth Beyond Reason student population. Normally, these interviews are created just for the student population, but because of the nature of the interview, I wanted you to hear it as well.

While many people understand the principles of the Law of Attraction, there are plenty of people who still need a more practical approach to developing more of a "prosperity consciousness." Because for some, the Law of Attraction "sounds good", but they simply can't allow themselves to just let go of all traditional ideas of money and "trust" that the Universe is going to deliver their desires.

This interview is packed with PRACTICAL ideas - that anyone would say are "good ideas" in terms of gaining prosperity...but we also tie them all in to the Law of Attraction, and how implementing these practical steps can actually help you integrate the LOA principles without so much resistance.
