Sometimes that EXACT PAGE is hard to find on the website, and so this will SAVE you tons of time, energy, and frustration!
ADDITIONALLY, one of those sites sites provides an inexpensive paid distribution service to "article announcement lists" . . . however, when you register (which is free), you are immediately allowed one article to be automatically distributed FREE to approximately 58 or more lists in places like Yahoo Groups, Topica, and MSN Groups!
