Links to some great resources at my transcription site

I've been spending tons of time at Ryze.com, joining new networks (forums) and getting to know some new folks, contributing when I can, and as a result, also exploring tons of new links on members' pages and links in posts...

I feel like I'm in a whirlwind of new personal growth and exciting business possibilities.

I've been thinking a lot about my transcription business and what makes me feel so excited about it. The more I define my "target market" and realize I want to work with positive, motivated, creative people with interesting projects, the more excited I get and feel a sense of anticipation that's almost like a kid waiting for Christmas to get here!

I want it to get here NOW!

So far I'm working with one coach who hates to type and so is dictating his book, and I will also be retyping his collection of poetry that he wrote years ago and only has on paper and not in any computer files. He keeps having people ask him when he's going to publish a book of his poetry, and now is the time! :o)

I've also transcribed a teleclass for another coach, and she gave me rave reviews on the job I did -- I'm so grateful! This coach has also admitted to me that she hates to type! And, to read her emails versus hearing her live, you'd hardly believe it's the same person whatsoever! She is SO awesome live!

This is not to say that -- to be INTELLIGENT and have valuable wisdom to share -- a person must also be a great typist!

And, did you know this?

A general 'rule of thumb' is that we speak approximately four times more quickly than we are able to type and we speak approximately seven times more quickly than we are able to write!

Therefore, I believe there are a lot of brilliant, creative people out there who have valuable ideas and information to share that may never see the light of day because they are limited by an aversion to -- or an inability to -- type well or quickly! Or perhaps, they just do not have ENOUGH TIME to type their thoughts themselves.

And in writing my network posts for Ryze.com and the new California Business Networking site, I have realized that there must be many more people out there who are brilliant, who have SO MUCH to share with the world...

Wow!

I want to connect with those people!

I can assist them!

I LOVE the idea of being part of their creative process, supporting and assisting with their creative projects!
