IMAGINE Being Happy!
Although I do not post here every single day, I'm being fairly consistent with taking the time each day to hand-write my affirmations as instructed by my prosperity mentor...
And this week I've received coaching that, instead of changing my affirmation every day, I should pick one and stick with it until it FEELS as though I've completely accepted it subconsciously.
I'm also finding that when I am NOT consistant with taking the time each day to do my prosperity exercises, the momentum that begins building during the periods I AM being consistent, noticeably slows down!
In effect, I do the work to create positive change, the momentum begins to build, and as a result I get busy dealing with all the new good stuff, forget to take the time each day to do my inner work -- and then things slow down again!
So against all logic, I am experientially finding that the socially acceptable culture and mentality that the only way to succeed is to DO DO DO, and create more and more frantic action, is not as effective as taking the time out to GO WITHIN and create what I want to experience in my outer world, in my INNER world, FIRST.
I'm also using my energy therapy techniques more and more often, as I receive flashes of insight into my personal limiting beliefs, to dissolve and neutralize them, and transform them into positive beliefs instead.
Still to date, TAT is my favorite because it is so simple and spiritual in ways that fit perfectly for me -- and it's still so adaptable for anyone of ANY faith, or even lack of spiritual faith.

The thing is, once you know the basic technique, you can experiment on your own... TAT can be VERY simple. Did you know that teams of TAT practitioners travel to parts of the world recovering from geographical disasters, and work with large crowds all at once, even little children, to heal their post traumatic shock syndrome?
Today I had an insight, and I did a prosperity meditation/visualization while holding the TAT pose... it was VERY powerful emotionally. My gut feeling is that it is a very fast and effective way to "rewire" those components in my brain discussed in the movie "What the Bleep Do We Know" ... so I will keep experimenting and keep you posted!
Sometimes I am in a dark place where I do not know how to even BEGIN visualizing prosperity... but, awhile back I remember reading or hearing a very effective TIP... it's SO simple...
IMAGINE BEING HAPPY
Usually we believe we cannot FEEL happy unless we do or have something that MAKES US FEEL that way... however, that's backwards! Instead, first we can JUST FEEL happiness, and then that will attract events, resources, people, and circumstances TO US that will contribute to continuing and feeding that FEELING!
The world is experiencing very intense times and if you're sensitive to energy, like I am, it may feel difficult to discern whether your feelings and emotions are your own, or whether they are coming from the energy of the people in the world around you.
Quantum physics has PROVEN that we are all connected ... and those who are more sensitive may feel buffeted more than ever right now. I am remembering more often to imagine being encased in a protective "force field" that lets all Good in and filters the negative out. I'm also including the intention that only "MY" emotions and feelings are included, and those of "OTHERS" are filtered out, especially if they are negative.
If you want to try this, you can imagine anything that feels good to you in the way of a force field... the most important factor is YOUR INTENTION for its purpose.
I feel that this simple advice -- IMAGINE BEING HAPPY -- can help us transcend all the mental activity often needed for more elaborate visualization exercises, no matter the very particular or specific details of what we want to manifest as our goals and desires -- whether your very personal goals and desires, or your goals and desires for the world at large.
For instance, if by chance you were disappointed by our election, the most important thing is to stay focused on positive thoughts... however, if you cannot seem to muster any, then simply IMAGINE BEING HAPPY, and KNOW you are performing a powerful good deed for the collective whole of our nation!
Because, again as Quantum Physics has already proven, we are all connected at in the Unified Field of energy, and though we may FEEL we are on opposite sides, remember we truly are One at the ultimate level. Feeling happy contributes to the good of the whole and will lead to the highest good for all.
All I know is, when personally using this technique, if I can find one little beginning thread of a feeling of happiness, and grab onto it, and allow it, and concentrate on it, it quickly builds and takes on a life of its own.
Today I tried this while using the TAT pose, and it got very big quickly and felt GREAT... THEN I was able to slip into my personal prosperity visualization, and it was very REAL! It was like I was actually in the movie experiencing it from the inside looking out (most effective form of visualization), and it was FUN and WILD and CREATIVE! :o)
Now I feel more open to inspired actions, more optimistic, more relaxed, more accepting and allowing of my highest good and prosperity to flow my way, and also to flow the way of our nation and our entire world.
